The integration between Eurocom CI and HiBob enables businesses to automate and streamline their employee screening processes directly from within the HiBob platform. Screenings can be triggered automatically when an employee is added or based on custom workflows, such as re-screening during employment. Once initiated, the process runs entirely on Eurocom CI’s screening system, Xavier, where candidates complete their screening forms. This reduces manual effort for HR teams and ensures a smooth, hands-off experience.
When the screening is complete, Xavier automatically sends a ZIP file containing all candidate-provided information and final screening results back to a custom screening folder in HiBob. The integration is powered by a webhook in HiBob, which transfers basic employee details—such as name, email, and phone number—to Xavier to begin the process. This seamless, two-way workflow eliminates the need for duplicate data entry, improves efficiency, and ensures that screening results are securely and centrally stored within HiBob for easy access and compliance.
