With the Bob & Zinc Integration, customers can deliver comprehensive, accurate background checks directly from their Bob account and within their hiring flow in Bob Hiring. By connecting Zinc to Bob’s Hiring module, recruiters can trigger background checks with just a couple of clicks, track progress in real time, and reduce time to hire through automated communications and status updates.

 

How it Works:

This integration enables seamless data flow between Bob Hiring and Zinc. Once connected via API key, recruiters can initiate background checks for candidates in the verification stage of any hiring pipeline directly from the Bob interface. The integration minimizes manual admin by automating email and SMS follow-ups, while also giving candidates visibility into the progress of their checks.
